Flight Manual Section 2 p.2-7 (Weights, CG range); Section 6 p.6-3 to 6-8, Fig 6-1 Weight & balance chart, Fig 6-2 C.G. range chart, Fig 6-3 Load position with respect to datum (pages 23-71 of p92-js__afm__doc-92-61-issue3-2010-05-25.pdf) · version type
- Typical empty 325 kg is the Standard Empty Weight (p.1-7); the arm 1.729 m is the worked example's empty-weight moment 562 kg·m over it (p.6-5). Enter your aircraft's own from its weighing report.
- Two certified weight variants: 550 kg MTOW (MTOW/MLW/MZFW all 550 kg) and 600 kg MTOW (all 600 kg). Limits given here are for the 600 kg version; check which applies to your aircraft.
- CG limits: forward 1.727 m (23% MAC), aft 1.769 m (26% MAC) aft of datum for all weights. Envelope lower edge of 400 kg is simply the bottom of the chart in Fig 6-2, not a printed limit.
- Baggage arm discrepancy: Section 2 states baggage at 2.18 m from datum; Fig 6-3 shows 2.21 m. 2.21 m used here; verify.
- Pilot/passenger arm 1.76 m is a mean value (sliding seats).
- Fuel tank capacity not stated on these pages; equipment list shows optional 35 L and 45 L tank part numbers, the W&B chart fuel scale runs to 90 L and the text mentions a 70 L reference. Fuel density 0.72 kg/L printed on chart. Usable fuel not given; unusable fuel 2.3 kg is included in empty weight.
- Fig 6-1 chart uses a 180 kg pilot+passenger reference line and 70 L fuel reference line as construction baselines; no explicit max seat load printed.
- Maximum baggage 20 kg, max floor pressure 12.5 kg/dm², max size 80x45x32 cm, must be secured with tie-down net.
- No sample empty weight printed (example gives only empty moment 562 kg·m and takeoff weight 536 kg).
- Read from the POH by ZuluCheck and checked by a second reading; verify against your own manual.
