Flight Manual Section 1 p.1-7, Section 2 p.2-8, Section 6 Fig. 6-1, Fig. 6-2 (Weight & balance chart), Fig. 6-3 (C.G. range chart), Fig. 6-4 (Load position with respect to datum), p.6-9 (pages 15-81 of p2002-jf__afm__2002-28-ed2-rev3-2011-02-10.pdf) · version type
- Two MTOW versions: 580 kg and 600 kg (MTOW = MLW = MZFW in each). Limits given for the 600 kg version; use the 580 kg envelope/limits if your aircraft is the 580 kg version.
- CG limits: forward 1.693 m (26.0% MAC), aft 1.782 m (32.5% MAC) aft of datum for all weights. Envelope lower edge drawn at 337 kg (standard empty weight); Fig 6-3 also marks a minimum weight of 402 kg.
- Baggage arm: Fig 6-4 shows luggage at 2.2 m, but Section 2 states maximum baggage weight at 2.26 m aft of datum. Verify which to use.
- Occupant arm 1.8 m is a 'mean value' for both seats (sliding seats).
- Fuel tank capacity and usable fuel are not printed on these pages; the W&B chart fuel scale goes to 100 L. Fuel density 0.72 kg/L as printed on chart.
- Pilot + passenger scale on Fig 6-2 goes to 200 kg; no per-seat or minimum pilot limit printed.
- Typical empty arm 1.724 m derived from the Fig 6-2 example (empty moment 581 kg·m) divided by standard empty weight 337 kg (example totals 548 kg = 337 + 160 + 36 kg fuel + 15 kg). Use your aircraft's actual weighing report.
- Luggage maximum floor pressure 12.5 kg/dm²; max luggage size 80x45x32 cm; must be secured with tie-down net.
- Read from the POH by ZuluCheck and checked by a second reading; verify against your own manual.
