• CG limits printed only as forward 1.859 m (18% MAC) and rear 2.034 m (31% MAC) aft of datum; no CG envelope chart was among the pages provided. The envelope is a rectangle built from these limits; the lower mass bound of 490 kg is only the example empty weight, not a printed limit.
• Rear seat arm depends on serial number: original 'O' position 2948 mm (sn 001-120); some aircraft above sn 120 have the forward 'P' position at 2748 mm. Check your aircraft and adjust the rear station arm.
• Fuel tank capacity, usable fuel and fuel density are not printed on these pages; fuel is entered by mass (kg) in the manual's examples. Verify tank volumes and density from Section 1/7.
• Maximum luggage weight 35 kg (Section 2.8).
• Typical empty weight 490 kg at 1927 mm is the manual's example only; use your aircraft's actual weighing report.
• Manual shows baggage arm in feet inconsistently (10.787 ft vs 10.813 ft); the mm value 3288 is consistent.
• MTOW 920 kg is from this POH revision; confirm it applies to the 914-engined variant and your aircraft's approval.
