Data source

POH-167-00-40-150 Section 2 (2-4 Weight limits, Center of gravity range) and Section 6 (6-2 to 6-4 Determination of CG, Sample c.g. calculation) (pages 5-58 of alpha-electro__poh__poh-167-00-40-150-a00.pdf) · version type

  • Electric aircraft: no fuel or baggage stations are given in the loading table; only Pilots (370 mm) and additional instruments (-310 mm, negative arm) are listed. Storing luggage or any other items in the battery bays is strictly prohibited.
  • The manual gives a single 'Pilots' arm of 370 mm for the two side-by-side cockpit seats; split here into pilot and pax-front at the same arm.
  • Minimum combined cockpit crew weight is 55 kg (depends on C.G. of empty aircraft); this is a combined crew value, not per seat. Maximum combined cockpit crew weight is stated as 'see Chapter 6' but no number is printed on these pages.
  • No CG chart is printed; the in-flight CG range is 220 mm (8 11/16 in) to 355 mm (14 in) aft of datum at all weights, up to MTOM 570 kg. The lower mass bound of the envelope rectangle (368 kg) is the printed empty aircraft weight, used only to close the polygon.
  • Typical empty values are from the sample calculation (380 kg at 275 mm), explicitly 'purely as an example'. Section 2 lists empty aircraft weight 368 kg (incl. BPRS and std. battery system) without an arm. Use EAW and CG from the aircraft's own WBR document.
  • MAC 900 mm, MAC leading edge 40 mm aft of datum; CG %MAC = (CG - 40)/900 x 100.
  • No maximum landing or zero-fuel mass is printed; no maximum ramp mass printed.
  • Read from the POH by ZuluCheck and checked by a second reading; verify against your own manual.

For reference only. The aircraft’s approved flight manual and weighing report are the final authority.
