- Front seats are adjustable: Loading Computation Graph gives No. 1 & 2 seats FWD position Sta. 34.0 and AFT position Sta. 39.0; forward position used here. Sample problem uses intermediate positions (pilot 6.0 moment/1000 for 170 lb in 2nd position).
- Fuel total capacity 66.5 USG (33.25 USG per tank), 64 USG usable and 2.5 USG unusable (Section II fuel limitations, p. 2-9). 6 lb/USG used in the loading form; the weighing procedure says to use 5.82 lb/USG for 100LL.
- Cargo loaded in the rear seat area with seat backs folded should have its CG over Sta. 70.7.
- No per-seat maximum, minimum pilot weight, minimum flight weight, maximum landing or zero-fuel weight printed; 2740 lb is the maximum weight for takeoff and landing. The rear seat cargo area (seats folded) is limited to 340 lb at Sta. 70.7 (p. 2-7).
- Envelope from the Section II CG limits (p. 2-7, gear down): forward 41.0 in up to 2250 lb, 41.8 in at 2470 lb, 45.0 in at 2740 lb, straight lines between; aft 50.1 in at all weights. The CG Limits Envelope chart (p. 6-9) agrees.
- The envelope's 1700 lb bottom edge is not a POH limit: Section II prints no minimum weight and the p. 6-9 chart simply stops at 2000 lb (the moment envelope at about 1950 lb). It is drawn lower so a light zero-fuel load can be checked, with the forward (41.0 in) and aft (50.1 in) limits carried straight down.
- Sample empty weight 1710.0 lb with moment/1000 read as 75.26 (arm about 44.0 in); sample problem figures are faint and do not sum exactly, so treat typicalEmpty as illustrative only. Use your aircraft's actual weighed empty weight.
- Engine oil (8 qt) is included in basic empty weight and not a loadable station.
