1. WHO WE ARE
ZuluCheck is published by SnackSafe Inc. ("we", "us"), [COMPANY ADDRESS]. These Terms govern your use of the ZuluCheck app and website. By tapping "I agree" in the app or using ZuluCheck, you accept them.
2. WHAT ZULUCHECK IS, AND IS NOT
ZuluCheck is an informational memory aid for pilots. It has no airworthiness or regulatory status. It is not approved, certified or endorsed by Cessna, Textron Aviation, the FAA, EASA or any other manufacturer or authority. It does not replace the POH, your training or your judgement.
3. YOU ARE PILOT IN COMMAND
The aircraft's POH and the pilot in command are the final authority for the operation of the aircraft. Stock checklists are written from specific POH revisions, shown on each list, and may not match your aircraft's model year, modifications or equipment. Lists marked "training-derived" do not come from the POH. Before use, you are responsible for verifying every checklist against the POH for your aircraft and against the regulations that apply to your flight.
4. YOUR CUSTOM CHECKLISTS
You own the checklists you create or edit. They are entirely your responsibility and are not reviewed by us. You grant us a limited license only to store and back them up as part of the service. Customizing a list never changes the POH's authority.
5. TRIAL, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
ZuluCheck is free to download and includes 30 days of full access. After that, you can keep using the free plan or buy ZuluCheck Pro as a subscription or one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Emergency checklists remain free. If your trial or subscription ends, nothing you created is deleted and your custom checklists remain runnable in read-only mode.
6. NO WARRANTY
ZuluCheck is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that its content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular aircraft or purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, ZuluCheck. [LIABILITY CAP AND CARVE-OUTS TO BE CONFIRMED WITH COUNSEL.]
8. TRADEMARKS
Cessna and Cessna model names are trademarks of Textron Aviation Inc. They are used only to identify compatibility. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Textron Aviation. Other aircraft names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If we change these Terms materially, the app will ask you to accept them again at the next launch. The emergency checklists stay reachable from that screen, so a new acceptance never stands between you and an emergency procedure.
